EASY RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are welcome on all items, including archive pieces (which can be exchanged for other archive items).

As with any return, the items must be unworn and with all tags in place including hygiene patch.

How it works

Email luca@lucanua.com to let us know what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you our return address and guide you through the next steps. Once we receive your items, we'll process your request right away.

Timeline

Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. If an item is bought as a present for someone else and therefore you need longer than 14 days please let us know at purchase.

Shipping

You'll need to cover return shipping costs using a tracked service to ensure your items reach us safely.

Studio returns/ exchanges

If you are in London and wish to return or exchange an item in person, please email luca@lucanua.com to arrange a suitable time to meet in West London. This is a great option for those last minute trips when you are short on time.
